Return & Exchange Policy 


If your order arrives damaged, you need to email Orders@shopglassroots.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos of the item and the packaging. A shipping label and RMA will be issued upon receipt of damaged product photos.

*You have 7 days from time of purchase to return your order for a store credit or exchange for another item.
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
* ANY ITEM RETURNED MUST BE UN-USED , anything returned to us that looks like it was used and cleaned will be denied and sent back to you. Due to the nature of these items we cannot re sell them if they have been used.

*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers If you are unsatisfied with any product, you may return it at your cost within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise and mail unused products to the following address:

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:
    •    Carrier damage
    •    Defective product
    •    Product does not match advertising   

  If an order is incorrect due to the fault of Glassroots, we will strive to resolve the issue. Only new, unused glass can be accepted; once you smoke out of it, it is yours. Contact our team  at 951-446-4548 with any issues pertaining to an order as soon as you receive your order.

*If a returned item is deemed used upon inspection, it is immediately destroyed. The used item cannot be replaced, a refund cannot be issued, and we will take action to prevent any future orders from that customer account.

If an order is returned to us due to buyer not accepting delivery package for what ever reason, customer is to receive either a refund or store credit at our discretion  MINUS shipping cost.
