Shipping Policy


How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $125 (except HI & AK, Puerto Rico ) . 
You may choose to expidite shipping at checkout at an additional cost.
International Customers: We Currently do not ship outside the USA

How long until my order ships?
All orders placed will be shipped from a range of 2-3 business days.

How long does free shipping take?

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS Or UPS, and takes anywhere from 2-5 business days.

Packaging Information
We understand our customers concerns regarding privacy and discretion. All orders are sent in plain brown packaging or standard USPS Priority Mail Boxes with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and UPS require us to have a return address label on your parcel. GlassRoots will show as the return shipping address.

Signature Requirements
Glassroots, reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order as we have signature requirements on all shipments to prevent theft/ fraud. Signature requirements can not be waived
We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of 18-21 depending on your state laws to receive the package when it arrives.

We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.All visible shipping times are estimates. If you select a guaranteed shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 3 Day Select, your guarantee time will be determined once the label is printed and the carrier has picked up your package. 

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time

Orders over $125 receive FREE Domestic Shipping.  

What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Glassroots will replace it at no cost or issue a credit. Simply notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We’ll take care of the rest.
 Don’t throw anything away until you speak with a representative from our team; we might need the package back! In the event you’re asked to ship a package back, we can  provide a prepaid return shipping label.
