Glassroots grants you a limited license to make personal use of the Glassroots Site. Users of the Glassroots Site are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of Glassroots or any third party.

Any unauthorized use of the Glassroots Site will terminate the permission or license granted by these Terms and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes.

You acknowledge and agree that we do not control any information, messages or commentary or other content posted to the GlassrootsSite (collectively ‘User Content”), or any links to other websites, and that we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any User Content. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO ANYONE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY USE, CONTINUED USE OR RELIANCE ON ANY USER CONTENT, ANY ERROR OR OMISSION IN ANY USER CONTENT, ANY CLAIM THAT ANY USER CONTENT IS DEFAMATORY, LIBELOUS OR VIOLATES ANY RIGHT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY. 6. Additional Restrictions on Rights of Use

You agree that you shall not:

• download, modify, reproduce, or in any way commercially exploit any portion of the Glassroots Site, except and to the extent expressly permitted under these Terms;
• remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice contained on the Glassroots Site;
• collect any information about other Users for any purpose other than to solicit and/or share reviews with other users;
• create User accounts under false or fraudulent pretenses or by automated means;
• transmit to other Users unsolicited “spam”;
• submit to the Glassroots Site any content that is unlawful or facilitates, constitutes, promotes or encourages illegal activity; or otherwise use the Glassroots Site to transfer or store illegal material, including any material deemed threatening or obscene;
• copy or store any User Content offered on the Glassroots Site other than for your personal, non-commercial use; or
• use the Glassroots Site and/ or any User Content, intentionally or unintentionally, to violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law.

7. User Content Posted on the Glassroots Site

You understand and agree that:

• you will not post to the GlassrootsSite any User Content that is false, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.
• you may not post, upload or transmit any User Content that (i) infringes or otherwise violates any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, publicity or privacy right or other proprietary right of any party, or (ii) is proprietary to a third party, without such third party’s prior written consent.
• we do not monitor but reserve the right to review and delete any User Content, including User Content that, in our sole discretion, (i) violates these Terms, (ii) is offensive or illegal, or (iii) may harm, violate the rights of or threaten the safety of any User and/or any other individual or entity.
• you are solely responsible for any User Content you post, publish or display on the Glassroots Site or transmit to Users.
• By uploading User Content to the Glassroots Site, you represent and warrant that you have all rights and authority necessary to grant, and do hereby grant: (i) Glassrootsan irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, fully paid up, worldwide license and right to use, copy, publicly perform, digitally perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content and to prepare derivative works based on, or incorporate into other works, such User Content.

Glassroots retains the right to remove any User Content from its websites that in Glassroots’ sole discretion violates any of the restrictions or guidelines defined in these Terms.

8. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without prior dealer contract. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For more detail, please review our Refunds Policy. Inspection, delivery, shipping, freight charges, claims, and packing. Inspection of products and services will be done by purchaser immediately after receipt of products or completion of services. In no event will product or service delivery dates be construed as falling within the meaning of “time is of the essence”. Buyer must notify seller of any deficiency or claim within 72 hours of receipt of product or services. The following costs and expenses are not covered by the provisions of these limited warranties: (A) Labor cost for the removal and reinstallation of products or other manufacturer’s products. (B) Shipping and freight expenses required to return products to seller. (C) Normal maintenance; and (D) economic losses. In addition, the provisions of this warranty are not applicable to anything other than defects in seller’s materials (products only) or workmanship.

9. Copyrights

If you believe any User Content or any other aspect of the Glassroots Site infringes your copyright, you should send written notice of copyright infringement to our designated copyright agent at the address given below. Your notice must meet the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (as required under 17 U.S.C. 512) by providing the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Glassroots Site;

As between you and us, the Glassroots, including all photographs, images, text, graphics, icons, audio clips, software and other aspects thereof (excluding User Content), all improvements or modifications thereof, all derivative works based thereon, and the collection, arrangement, and assembly of the Glassroots Site, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights in the foregoing, are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be deemed to grant to you or any other User any rights, title or interest in or to any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of ours or any of our licensors.

Any trademarks, service marks, and other marks and indicators of source or origin that are displayed on the Glassroots Site are the proprietary property of Glassrootsor their respective owners, as applicable. None of such marks may be used in connection with any other product or service in a manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or to disparage or discredit the owner of such mark or its affiliates. Any trademarks of third parties that appear on the Glassroots Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us. You may not use, copy, modify or display any of the trademarks, service marks, names or logos appearing on the Glassroots without the express written permission of the trademark owner.

Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to grant to you or any other User any license or right in or to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right of Glassroots.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE GLASSROOTSSITE, AND OF ANY USER CONTENT, INFORMATION, ADVICE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND OTHER MATERIALS CONTAINED IN OR DESCRIBED ON THE GLASSROOTS SITE, IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT ALL SUCH INFORMATION AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. You agree to indemnify and hold Glassrootsand their respective affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from any claim, cause of action, suit or demand of any third party due to, arising out of or related to (i) your access to the Glassroots Site, (ii) your use of the Glassroots Site, (iii)any User Content posted, uploaded or transmitted by you, (iv) your use or distribution of any User Content, (v) your violation of these Terms, (vi) any use of your user name or password by you or any third party, or (vii) the infringement or other violation of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

14. Modification to services and prices. 

Glassroots reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Glassroots(or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all GlassrootsProducts, including but not limited to subscription Service fees, are subject to change. Glassrootsshall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

15. Third Party Advertisements and Sites

We may display advertisements from third parties on the Glassroots Site, such as banner advertisements, pop-up texts, and links to third party sites. We are not responsible for the content of such advertisements or links, or for any products, services or other materials relating to such advertisements, any linked site, or any link contained in a linked site. The display of any advertisement or link does not imply endorsement by us of the advertisement or linked site or any content therein. 16. Orders, Returns and Cancellations

Orders, returns and cancellations of any products which you purchase through the Glassroots Site are governed by the Purchase Agreement, which you can read here.

Please note that every piece of glass is handcrafted and therefore unique. Glassroots does our best to keep pictures updated and current, but users must be aware that the object might differ from the original picture. Users can contact us for assistance.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes at any time to these Terms. Any modifications to these Terms will be effective upon posting. You agree to review the Terms periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Glassroots Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Severability

If any these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed several and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

19. Termination

You may terminate the Terms at any time by closing your account, discontinuing your use of this Site and providing Us with a notice of termination. We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to use this Site, or any portion of this Site, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of this Site or any portion of this Site.

20. Applicable law

By visiting the GlassrootsSite, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Glassroots.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $125 (except HI & AK, Puerto Rico ) . 
You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 3-Day to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery at checkout. 
International customers: We Currently do not ship outside the USA

How long until my order ships?
All orders placed will be shipped from a range of same day to 48 hours, business days Monday thru Friday. 

How long does free shipping take?

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS Or UPS, and takes anywhere from 2-5 business days.

Packaging Information
All orders are sent in plain brown packaging or standard USPS Priority Mail Boxes with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and UPS require us to have a return address label on your parcel. GlassRoots will show as the return shipping address.

Signature Requirements
Glassroots, reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order as we have signature requirements on all shipments to prevent theft/ fraud. Signature requirements can not be waived
We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of 18-21 depending on your state laws to receive the package when it arrives.

We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.All visible shipping times are estimates. If you select a guaranteed shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 3 Day Select, your guarantee time will be determined once the label is printed and the carrier has picked up your package. 

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time

Orders over $125 receive FREE Domestic Shipping.  

What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Glassroots will replace it at no cost or issue a credit. Simply notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We’ll take care of the rest.
 Don’t throw anything away until you speak with a representative from our team; we might need the package back! In the event you’re asked to ship a package back, we can  provide a prepaid return shipping label.

22. Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy 
If your order arrives damaged, you need to email Orders@shopglassroots.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos. A shipping label and RMA will be issued upon receipt of damaged product photos.
*You have 14 days from time of purchase to return your order
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. 
If you are unsatisfied with any product, you may return it at your cost within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise and mail unused products to the following address:

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 10-18% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:
    •    Carrier damage
    •    Defective product
    •    Product does not match advertising
    •    Received incorrect product
    •    Product was an extra item not ordered

Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.    
Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.
In order to avoid confusion, please contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need. Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only and processed within 48 hours of receiving the items back to our location. Canceled orders will be refunded within 24 hours of customers request. There are no cash refunds.
